  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?

    • Yes we do if it doesn’t past the 14 day refund, But can vary based on product purchased i.e Earrings, bodysuits and hat/hair accessories cannot be returned but can be exchanged for different size or minor repair.

  • To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

    • We ship all over USA only, the process will take about 2 days and will be shipped out accordingly (3-5 business days)

  • Where are your packages shipped from?

    • Connecticut

  • Do you ship packages internationally?

    • No.

  • How do you price your postage?

    • Tracking (We’ll use any shipping carrier like USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), but primary will be USPS.

  • What does “In-transit” mean when tracking my package?

    • “In-transit” means that we have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that it is travelling to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.

  • What does “No Events Found” mean when tracking my package?

    This can happen when tracking a package, some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until they get to the destination post office or postal center near the delivery point. You can contact the carrier for more information.
