 As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, it’s business as usual for Ludic customers, as we work hard to bring you whatever you need from us right now. Whether that be a dose of online shopping, inspiration from the latest trends, or just “window” shopping. Our team is here (virtually) to help you through.  

 

Your Deliveries

Our carriers are currently experiencing some delays, due to the effects of the Coronavirus. We’re still picking and packing all orders as normal, but it may take a little more time to get to you than usual.

Carriers are experiencing some slight delays with national orders due to current travel restrictions. You can stay up to date on the delivery of your order by checking your tracking link (found in your shipping confirmation email), which will update regularly.

We'd also recommend checking with your local delivery carrier for any delays expected to your area. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email so you know when to expect delivery.

Your Returns

We have extended our return policy from 14 to 20 days for the time being due to the delays on shipping and handling. For information on how to process your returns, please refer to our return policy page.

Our Team

We’ve put extra processes in place to support our teams during this time. We increased hygiene practices in our Warehouse, by using gloves, face masks and hand sanitizer when handling and packaging products.  We’re closely monitoring health advice from the relevant authorities to make sure our teams are staying safe.
